Malaysia calling for peace in Sabah

Kualu Lumpur, Malaysia (4E) – Malaysians are calling for peace in Lahad Datu, Sabah as one of the leadersof the clan called for a ceasefire.

According to internet news Malaysians are going to flood the Philippine Embassy there with flowers.

Organizers of the event called Ops Bunga wants to send a messageof peace.

In Manila meanwhile, Abraham Idjirani, the spokesman for one of the leaders of the Sultanate of Sulu, who had claimed ownership of the land.

After failing to persuade clan members to leave peacefully, Malaysian security forces launched an attack using fighter jets and mortar shells on Tuesday. But the clan’s leadership said its followers hadn’t suffered casualties from the attack.
